Order Confirmation & Payment
All orders are processed only after full advance payment
is received and confirmed. Once the payment is confirmed, the order is
considered final and ready for dispatch or pickup.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared within 1–3
business days after payment confirmation. During this time, the products
are packed and made ready for dispatch or collection.
Delivery Timeframe
Our standard delivery timeframe is up to 7 business days,
depending on the location, logistics arrangements, and order size.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Shipping
destination
- Courier
or transport availability
- Order
volume and product category
Pickup Option
Customers may choose to pick up the products directly
from our warehouse after payment confirmation and prior scheduling with our
team.
Pickup details will be shared once the order is confirmed.
Shipping & Logistics
Shipping can be arranged in two ways:
1. Customer Arranged Pickup / Transport
The buyer can arrange their own transporter or logistics partner to collect the
goods from our warehouse.
2. Company Arranged Shipping
If requested, we can arrange shipping through our logistics partners. Shipping
charges will be separate and communicated before dispatch.
Shipping Locations
We deliver across India, subject to courier or
transport service availability.
Order Tracking
Once the order is dispatched through our logistics partner,
the tracking details will be shared with the customer via WhatsApp,
email, or other communication channels.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the expected timeframe,
delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as:
- Transport
or courier delays
- Weather
conditions
- Operational
issues at logistics hubs
- Government
restrictions or unforeseen events
Returns & Refunds
Since liquidation lots are sold at special clearance
prices, all sales are generally final unless otherwise agreed upon
in writing before the transaction.
